You are welcome to believe what you want, after examining many similar source outcomes, and having heard about the 80% rate over month ago, but at that time without source, i see other deadly patterns and outcomes, and the people quoted in the article are just from one country(there are other countries now reporting similar), and i find what they say very very serious.
The fact their own government is in denial just shows how hard it is for individuals also in denial , to accept what is happening, and worse, what is rapidly mounting in numbers and frequency , especially in the worst hit countries.

I also note with some interest, a report that all 5 major strains of covid are present in USA, which from and epidemiological view point is akin to winning the jackpot multiple times in a row.

To many strange and sinister things happening with the politics of denial and finger pointing in play, to expect a concerted and intelligent unified response /solution. IMO

Politics and work is changing(especially in so called democracies(take note of Australia) now from what was, to what will be, expect robotics to become a solution sooner rather than later, again IMO.

To put the 5 major strains into perspective, means amongst other things, that it may not 'mutate' in a linear fashion, and may also , meld/merge especially in response to individual vaccines. Possibilities are varied, which is also a serious concern.

For example China, and i say apparently, till proven wrong, has only one of those strains, so it is being reported.

Makes me wonder if the vaccines By Russia and China are multi spectrum(ie cover all 5 types)

I see, and understand that denial only lasts so long, the real number of infected is under reported in many third world nations, and yes there obviously was overstating as well for crass and selfish medical bureaucratics,in the west, not the case so much any more.
