this is a can that the govern kicked. now they scratch their heads how to solve it.not an easy solution.besides states have laws as well.it is a can of worms. lift 1 order but others remain. for now. in time the govern can make a order via the right dept. they do have authority under COG. they can take your house to build a highway for instance. same idea here.

in time, i think the govern might b forced to pay these landlords something. a bail out of sorts.but that is down the road a ways. govern likes to add in loopholes,by virtue they also add cracks.

Just had to post again for people here to continue wearing masks (n100 preferred) and to limit contact with other people if possible.

I hate being a party pooper but people have to realize that this virus is never going to go away, it wasn’t designed to.

Indian delegation at G7 in London forced to self-isolate for Covid

India’s entire delegation to the G7 visiting London this week has been forced to self-isolate, after several of them tested positive for coronavirus.

The Guardian understands all of the entourage tested negative before departing for the UK, but further tests on arrival conducted by Public Health England (PHE) showed two members had Covid.

It means all face-to-face meetings between the Indian ministers and their counterparts from Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and the US have been cancelled and will take place virtually instead.

Agree. I will continue wearing a mask and keeping myself as healthy as possible. I understand both sides of the argument however there are still many unknowns with the virus and vaccines. Personally I need to see more data.

And really.... the data I wanted is no longer public. So..... pay attention to the anecdotal stuff. It matters.

I don't quite know what is going on in my county (Alameda, CA). We had been averaging around 100 cases a day, of late, and sometimes a bit below (it's a huge and densely populated county.) That is about the same rate we were showing last summer, before the holiday surge.

Then, yesterday, we showed 546 new cases?! I'm sure it's a data dump, but am not sure how it happened, or why. Most likely, some agency or agencies hadn't been updating ... but it also makes me wonder if there is an actual cluster emerging here as well.

I am still on Concerned Cat mode over testing not truly catching the real spread.
