Last weekend in the Manchester area we had a case identified with a large employer. The outbreak control team implemented mass testing. In accordance with the plan, mobile testing support was requested. That don't arrive until yesterday.

The night shift was not tested because the contract did not allow that. This was escalated and they will be tested tonight but that's 5 days from identification of the problem.thread continues: [ link to twitter.com (secure)]
