CALIFORNIA SEES 8,436 NEW VIRUS CASES VS 7,363-DAY AVE

Seems like CA, FL, TX daily new cases are stable, not decreasing at least. Arizona was the other state getting hit bad at the same time as those states during July but they seem to be doing much better now, which is interesting because their test positivity % was insanely high.
