It does appear that the situation in France and Italy is entering a new wave similar to that of other countries in Europe
Both countries registered their biggest increase in cases since the post-Christmas early January period.
If they decide to lockdown then I hope they learn the lesson from the b117 in UK... which is if you don't lockdown early with this variant then things can get very bad very quickly.
