Looks like EU is going the whole hog on the Vax passports!
France's President Macron spoke at the European Council tonight:
A health pass for COVID-19 is being built to "test and identify" people and their "contact cases". The pass will also have access to person's vaccination status. Macron says this is to allow for a return to normality, or the "life before."
