India numbers looking much better today.
Except..
320,000 fewer tests carried out than the day before
Quoting: lightning1977 Mayday holiday backlog hasn't been processed yet I suspect. The positivity rate for India as a whole is up anyway. A few days ago it was around 20%. Today it is 23%. So with testing down and that positivity they will be close to 500000 a day!!
