The reporting is wrong as always, the number is to low. Given 5m people, a life expectancy of ~80 and a progressive increase to now about 60% vaccinated I would have expected the number to be around 7-10k.

The key thing to note is these are people whom died within 28 days after being vaccinated, there is no attribution to the vaccination as cause of death. The reporting simply mimics that of covid cases which is a good thing.
