Did I miss something, we were told breakthrough covid and spreading the virus was very rare, nearly impossible. Several months ago, they even said you cannot spread covid if vaccinated.

Hell, the entire spring 2020 outbreak only lasted 2 months and Texas re-opened when they still had 7,000 cases per day.
