This was true for the most part before Delta.

I don't know, it's pretty hard to reconcile how Texas was able to fully open 4 months ago and spend this whole time acting like COVID wasn't a thing without a problem until Delta, and say that the vaccines didn't kick the shit out of the earlier variants. Hell, the entire spring 2020 outbreak only lasted 2 months and Texas re-opened when they still had 7,000 cases per day. I didn't say that, why is it showing i did?
