These aren’t the camps but this is a phase in of the zones. Since they found out that can’t do it all at once. They are going to ease into it. Well.... this will get weirder sooner then. A designated shelter/group of shelters (max 5-10 households), within a small camp or area where high-risk members are grouped together. Neighbors “swap” households to accommodate high-risk individuals.
Camp/Sector Level:
A group of shelters such as schools, community buildings within a camp/sector (max 50 high-risk individuals per single green zone) where high-risk individuals are physically isolated together.
I truly think they might only get away with it when the food runs out at stores. Folks will have to choose. But in communities that can hunker down and wait it out. Or even rural households.... they aren’t going to waste man power. Cities and some suburbs.
