The actual study he was talking about did not measure IQ of the breakthrough cases. He is speculating that because 7 of the 39 cases had long COVID symptoms, and long COVID showed possibility if lowering IQ in other studies, that these cases also had that side effect.

Another interesting note from that study, of the 39 breakthrough cases not a single one infected someone else... not even their family members.

Would 39 unvaccinated people normally not infect anyone? Isn't that a big enough difference to say other studies about IQ and COVID infection are not relevant at face value with these 39 people?
