I am not aware I ever said stocked by the end of August unless I made a typo... which I do now and then. I was advised I think in August.. maybe I accidently had August on my mind.

As I understand it, a planet cannot simply "go" to the fifth dimension. We can talk about a 5th level dimensional consciousness: it is a level of attained wisdom and cosmic understanding. Thesis not something which one can move into, like moving into a new physical space. It is a level which is PERSONALLY EARNED by one's own conduct and free will. If we choose to make moral choices, if we choose to uphold our own integrity, if we choose to live in alignment with cosmic law, and in alignment with the needs of our planet, then we will rise in "vibration" and move to a new level.

Perhaps though, you mean that the planet is acquiring this level of consciousness. If so, that would be correct. She is - as a conscious being - striving to follow the spiritual path, and there are many earth inhabitants who cannot "match" this increased frequency, and this will cause them problems, or will force them to "leave".
