I'm a nice person so I'll share my secret. 3 of those perfect big fat avocados usually sold in the green knit bags. A couple of good shakes of that Goya seasoning (green lid) and a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice keeps it from browning for almost 3 days. Tastes better after the next day after the Goya flavors meld in. Too die for! |

Along with the new kitchen-helmet laws, common-sense guacamole cooker legislation should be passed, with restrictions on type, capacity and certain features, like handles that extend past the sides of the pot. No one needs one of those big black cookers with the long handles, only professional chefs have a valid reason to own one. |
