Beirut, Alien Tech and Cloaking Devices

Aplanetruth connects the TR3Bs, a super advanced stealth craft that can not only hover vertically, but create it's own cloud cover, to the Beirut explosion. They have mother ship versions and smaller, drone-like craft, which have varying degrees of DEW weaponry.
