It's regional.

I went on my weekly grocery run Wednesday evening and shelves were full (more than full on many items).

Publix was running a lot of BOGO's and even those items were fully stocked.

The only thing that is still hit or miss in my area is paper towels and TP. They get a lot in and people buy 200+ rolls at once and within a day it's low stock again for another 3-4 days until another truck comes in.
