A lot of people agree with BLM on the issue of police violence. Those people have no idea that BLM is a Marxist organization, funded by Soros, for goals that have nothing to do with people getting shot by cops. Outrage about the murders of innocent people is a legitimate issue but because there's never any backlash from white people about it, Soros was able to hijack the issue and use blacks as his pawns to take down the US. Those who sympathize with BLM - for right reasons - probably also have no idea that far more white people are murdered by cops because the media won't report it. Left wing media - CNNPC and MSNPC - are only in it to stir racial hatred so only cover blacks getting shot. Fox News is in the all cops are heroes camp so won't report it either.

I'm not compelled to give you a lesson on US law to establish what I already understand. You'll need to do your own research. The fact that you aren't aware of the law, doesn't require me to educate you. Like I said, if anything I've said is legally inaccurate, I really would like to know about it. The way I understand the law is exactly as I've said. If that's not the case, explain why not and we can take it from there.

That's not exactly true. Cops DO have special rights. They are permitted some actions based on the inherent danger of their occupation.

He was renting an apartment. He didn't own the complex. The hallway is public unless marked otherwise. In which case the cops would have needed a warrant or evidence someone inside was in imminent danger to proceed past the posted sign. Good question.
