WATCH: Phoenix Cops Kill Man after Responding to Noise Complaint over Video Game

Between the complainant AND the dispatcher the police were led to believe it was turning into a domestic dispute as apposed to a simple noise complaint. While those two should also bare some responsibility...the dead tenant was probably an asshole AND instead of just keepin it down decided to KEEP IT REAL. The bottom line IS that he was stupid and again...thought he was a tuff guy and wasn't about to be told what to do by other tenants.

Imo he didnt hear the announcement of them saying we cops here to fuck you up, if so he clearly wouldnt go out with a gun, him and his girl is playing a game, you dont know the upstairs guy could be more of a jerk then you ever know and this guy had his rights taken away, its legal in Arizona to own a gun these cops stood out of way from peep hole to set him up even more. more yet as soon as he noticed they cops, like an instant he put the gun down, witch again is legal to own, he didn't even point the gun at the jacked up tattooed cop. What he didn't know is that this time it wasn't a tenant that he would be able to intimidate and bully by answerin the door with a gun. I have no doubt that a "tuff guy" like him goin to a door with gun in hand was gonna point it at another tenant and tell them to get the fuck out. Instead it was the police AND before he pooped himself and died he regretted that KEEPIN IT REAL tuff guy image that had worked in the past with UNarmed citizens.

Most of what i see here was people acting like it was good the guy that was shot died then others like yourself saying basically that he deserved it. Cause he, had a beard or looked like a thug? Oh wait he had a gun, behind his back. Not pointing it. So ya i play the double card. Been waiting for someone to point it out to be honest. Now then you think its OK to stand out of way of peep hole? Like a set up? SO when you look out and see no one. You would think someone keeps messing with you, you make a mistake and grab a gun even though its legal, to look out and make sure its safe. Little did he know it wasn't safe at all, the guy clearly gave up and put his gun down instantly. And the cop behind him didn't hesitate. Why cause the other cop started yelling in a panic while the one behind freaked out. I believe in law and i believe we need people to enforce it, but you mean to tell me you don't think this should have been handled in a different way? Those that enforce law needs more training, ex military or vets joining the cops only know, this is my weapon,this is my gun, this is for killing and this is for fun.

Btw not saying they was ex military or vets but i know a lot that are. Personally, some have served in desert storm with my brother and today they cops. Might thinks its a joke but when you see someone jump up in middle of night from a sleep and freak out screaming. Are they the cop material we want? Again not saying these cops was, but they sure did act like it with that instant execution. ptsd is a real thing.

I totally concur, and that applies to everyone. I am a white, educated professional and twice in my life twenty five years apart in two different jurisdictions I needed law enforcement to serve and fulfill their duties.

Twice they failed; they served as judge and jury; they did not fact check evidence; and not only did they violate but they removed due process and enabled the criminals. And, in doing so, they created more victims. In both cases the LEO+DA acted similar to mafia-like crime syndicates.

If he thought it were some criminal or bad guys at the door he would have called Police, no, he went outside to intimidate or worse his neighbor. He got exactly what he went looking for.... Zero fucks given.

Nobody who ever carried a gun or knows anything about life and death situation would open a door backlit, rush outside not knowing whose left or right or forward and carry on the way this idiot did. He went out looking to spread fear and intimidation, he got it back in spades.... Still. Zero fucks given for someone so reckless they have no business owning a firearm...

Oh, and on a personal note... This was a 40 year old man playing "Sonic the hedgewhat"?..... Good riddance.

Shithead, you don't get to kill citizens for having a firearm.

Make no mistake, I am pro LEO. But for LEO to come to his door in the cover of darkness, knock and announce claiming to be LEOs, then step away from sight then shoot him in his doorway without provocation makes this murder.

I also believe that the victim took an irresponsible approach in opening that door without demanding and verifying proper identification and visual contact.

The LEOs came to his residence, they demanded the victims presence at the door without any stipulations or precursors then shot him dead without him even raising his weapon.

Bear in mind that LEOs were likely wearing vests when they came to the door and the victim was shirtless.
Do we all need to answer the door wearing body armor?
