The gov't handed out $1,200 but the other 94% went to corporations, so I said the real cost of that money was about $20,000 that we would pay back in higher costs for goods and services or through higher taxes because the gov't has to pay back the federal reserve. The math is simple: $1,200 divided by .06 or $1,200 times 16.67. Either way you get pretty much the same result: approximately $20,000, not counting interest. When the money supply is increased, everything costs more because when there is an increased supply of money competing for the same - or lesser amounts - of goods, prices go up. Corporations pass along any taxes they are assessed by increasing the price of their goods to consumers. Thus, we the people pay for the money loaned to the corporations. Once again, the sheep have nothing to say because they have a hard time seeing beyond the blades of grass in front of them. |

Families are having thousands put on their card. The poor are eating well. Our country will not let anyone starve I am single and disabled and get $26 a month EBT There's a lot that you can do with $26 a month. A 25 lb bag of flour for $9. A can of shortening. Vegetables to add bulk, meats on clearance. There are plenty of times that I've checked out for a quarter of the price that the person in front of me did. And had more in my cart. "Yes, yes. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77728230 Now the globalists have exaggerated a virus to kill the economy. You are not allowed to work or start a business and your welfare will be cut if you protest. The huge debt that the ruling powers are creating to deal with the economic collapse will lead to hyperinflation, but wages will be lowered. ATM machines, Internet, water, and electricity will be shut off. The US dollar will be devalued and become worthless. Your $100,000 retirement account will become worth $1000 and bread will cost $100 per loaf. Your property will be taken through huge tax increases and fees. The US will start WWIII with China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea to distract Americans. The US is committing suicide. The USA will have a civil war in 10 years. Soon you will see starving gangs and roving mobs of looters. The US will soon see the Gestapo shooting Americans in the back. Concentration camps will open and Americans will be pushed into gas chambers and ovens. Anyone who has ever read a history book can tell you what will happen. Save yourself. Get out of the US immediately. Not Quite Fancy Pants...Millions of of Rednecks are armed to the teeth and hate the Govt and Black Lives Dont Matter assholes already. SO Unlike your country we wont bend over and take it up the ASS Exthalmus00 |

We went this morning and chicken thighs .98 a pound got 10 packs of thighs with about 10 to 12 thighs a pack and my wife told me to save some for other customers. There was plenty there and going back to get more in the morning. We haven't cooked anything yet with the eggs so I don't know how that will turn out, can't imagine it being terrible, but still urging her to freeze as many as we can right now. |

Meat choices are coming down to joints of animals for broth! $8 per pound of ground beef, and who wants to trust THAT, now? Seriously, it gives me pause. Meat cuts without hormones and antibiotics is an aim, but financially, that's no longer possible. We're making more vegetable soups and such. Buying day of, morning of, moment it went from full price to half-price; and freezing, cooking that day. |

It is every day items like shampoo and cleaning supplies. I saw a jug of Tide for $24.00, and that was supposed to be a sale price. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79225385 Then, don't buy TIDE - which has ALWAYS been at the top of the cleaning heap where prices are concerned! Swallow your pride a little bit and use cheaper house brands instead of filling your shelves with products whose pricing reflects the heavy advertising costs they need to convince consumers to buy them. I said I saw it, I did not buy it. My cheap ass has used Purex for years. TIDE is 90% fragrance/perfume. If I wash my clothes in that stuff, I break out in hives. There are much cheaper and less toxic alternatives. What the Hell?... |

Yah. Last time that I was in Walmart to buy some fudgesicles, I had to duck out the entrance when I was exiting. There were four or five people with carts that were waiting for the exit door to open. There was someone examining receipts for people leaving. It'll be a cold day before I visit Walmart again. "Yes, yes. Zathras is used to being beast of burden to other people's needs. Very sad life. Going through hard times can make you more skilled and resourceful. Before hard times were were ordering a lot of take out and eating out. During hard times I learned to grow and can tomatoes, make fresh Mozzarella, make pizza..fix broken stuff. When times got better, we didn't change, and even making less, we started saving easily. |
