I can already hear the wailing and gnashing of teeth by the Bolsheviks-I mean Democrats. They cannot abide a Trump win, but will they stand directly in the way of aid to the American people just to spite him?  Lawsuit from Dems in 4... 3... 2... 1... A lawsuit would be a no-win situation for Dems. If they win, they would be taking food out of the mouths of their constituents. A brutal talking point. If they loose, the order will continue until the negotiations are finished. The best option for the Dems is to do nothing but they probably would not let it stand.
