Chopped some random things I found in the fridge in pieces and threw them in a frying pan. Then I poured some whipped eggs over it and topped with cheese.

I call this culinary invention "an omelette". It's edible at least.

KFC was so great circa 1990's. The Colonel hasn't been the same since (at least not around here).

hmm what banned word did I have in my post.. it had fake meat hotdog which was actually good.. sauerkraut and potatoes...and the fact because of my diabetes I do intermittent fasting each day... and have dinner at noon.
