I just finished the video. It's pretty weird not going to lie. Community Alliance of Tenants seem like a very bizarre organization. Katrina really sucks with her emails too. I've never been to Portland but I've heard it's a pretty damn strange place in general. Just adds another layer to it I suppose. Those sounds really did creep me out though.
