There is no South Pole: the earth is flat. SAVE IT FLATTY, EARTH IS CONCAVE. LOOK UP THE RECTILINEATOR EXPERIMENT. May be but it is, in general, an irregular plane...I.e. flat. IT IS SPHERICAL CONCAVE, WE LIVE INSIDE OF A WOMB. NOT AN "IRREGULAR PLANE" OR "FLAT".
