When we treat water, it takes out the lithium. And modern farming methods also leech the soil from lithium. That is why a lot of scientists believe that so many people are so depressed these days, and they think lithium should be classified as an essential element. Also, right now, they have fluoride in the water, which destroys the thyroid, and that contributes to mood swings. Take out the fluoride...add the lithium. Or, better yet, put small doses of lithium into multivitamins with minerals, like they do with other trace minerals. Lithium should probably have been named a trace element years and years ago. |
