I’ve lost 1/2 of my hair density in the last few weeks. All hairs have the bulb on them which means it telogen effluvium. So about 3 months ago my body went into a state of self preservation and directed everything to what needed it the most. This can happen when extremely sick, stress, losing a lot of weight in a short time period, etc.
I was sick at the end of March, but also was under a lot of stress with everything going on. Did I have Covid? Idk. I had a respiratory virus.. had to go to the hospital for a breathing treatment and got put on a course prednisone But I think if it had been covid I would have been way worse off given my asthma.
