Anonymous Coward User ID: 56514037 United States 08/10/2020 03:18 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | the salton sea area is weird. i had a buddy living in LA 15 years ago. Quoting: Grove Street we took a long drive around that area for the day.. it was bizarre we went into this shanytown where a small population lived. mainly trailer parks and really out there.. this was like 15 years ago.. Salton Sea is disgusting. I visited Bombay Beach a few years ago. Apparently it was a beach resort at one point in time, I believe it was in the 50s, when the sea was pretty. People actually wanted to visit and live around there. Now the sea is polluted, smells bad, and is covered with slime. There are also a lot of dead fish on the shore. What used to be a beach resort community is now a bunch of ruins, junky old houses, and trailers. Exactly, it used to be a beautiful resort area. Several factors collided for it to decay to nothing. It's a highly toxic area, by living there you are subjecting yourself to high levels of pollution, radiation, radon and other mishaps of the area. They never "fixed" the lake, it has no natural inflow or outflow; it's a dead lake. There are documentaries online that explain why it will never be recovered, and there is always talk of forcing the few there out. They have continual health issues as a result of living there but refuse to go. The Coachella Valley is a 30 minute drive away...still a resort community. |

Supreme Being gives free will. There is remorse &/or unconditional love after the clay that is life is casted into the oven for pottery. World is long overdue. Just take a look around and think to yourself, “Would Divinity feel welcome here?” Praying for friends, & praying for enemies. Prayers for this world and inhabitants. |

The Whole Salton Sea Area is a FKN stinking shthole. Smells like low tide 24-7. Total Guberment FAIL The closest real city is Palm Springs and if you like homosexuals, wind turbines, 120 degree heat and wind-blown trash on the highways than that is the place for you! I’m rooting for the earthquakes. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 56514037 United States 08/10/2020 03:35 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Maybe this has something to do with the area (nearby at least) getting struck by an EMP like phenomena about a week ago. Power on some devices got knocked out, cell towers dropped calls, and would not let anyone I knew in a 5 mile radius make calls, devices plugged in melted at charging ports even though they were plugged into surge protectors s. I felt the shockwave when it detonated. It happened up in the sky but I did not see it. I heard it and then felt it. I told my wife, since Skylink went up we no longer get chemtrail planes flying low, dumping shit on our heads, but you can tell a higher altitude more dispersed system is being used (I think Starlink), and I think somebody decided to "test" the new systems ability to shield us from EMP. I think we responded by using space based weapons on multiple sites, Beirut being the most well known. Let's hope it didn't set off the "Big One". |

There are some cities that the fault runs right thru. I was born here, don't blame me. |
