If you want an investment then buy land in the country which will always be cheaper than the suburbs or the city. Get a decent farmhouse and a few acres. Then you can even grow food and maybe some livestock and have even more security from your investment while you hold it. If you hold the land long enough their will be eventual development and chance for big returns as well. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77192571 The situation is changing weekly. Mexico is way more stable right now , we have been here for a year now. We were considering coming back up to the high mountains , but it just keeps getting worse , and if we are actually in project zypher I sure don’t want to be up there. We don’t know how far they will take this , will the people fight back, will there be a place/state for freedom and liberty lovers? |

Do your best to preserve and grow your capital until then. Mortgage rates will be even lower at then, but qualifying may be more difficult. Try to buy in cash if possible....a cheaper house in a better neighborhood if you are not looking in a rural area. |

Don’t need a loan , but I would consider it because if the dollar collapses your loan stays the same and you can get your house for way way way less. |

May try to foreclose on paying owners as well. Just like 2008. The goal is to own everything on this planet. We will be herded into dense tiny apartments later-Agenda 2030. Quoting: Sam 77995022 How could they foreclose on ‘paying owners’ come on. What are your talking about |
