For those of you unfamiliar with DC, the White House is in what used to be not so great an area at night! Just two long blocks to the North is the Hood! It's gentrifying now but it's still the hood.

Shots fired nearby a half mile away aren't that unusual, right outside is a bit different. DC is a majority black city, it is VERY black and hoody in the hood. Weed is legal to, it's amazing how many people still don't know marijuna is legal in Washington DC, but there are no retail stores for it as of yet. You go to barter parties for it or get it delivered.

It's such a large black city it has it's own culture of dance, music and art styles. It has it's own form of R&B called Gogo.

Those kids didn't even know it was Mar-a-Lago. lol
