They should tighten up performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, actually.

She might just say something like that...she already told residents a month or so ago during riots that the SPD couldn't do anything to help....they were on their own!

They voted to cut her pay by 40%, she said "fuck this shit, I'm out" and I don't blame her! Her and her department have been massively shit on by the Seattle City Clowncil.
