It don't look like that to me but I know police brutality when I see it and that is not standard police procedure to subdue a suspect by putting your hands around someone's neck and trying to choke them. There was zero call for that! That cop was over the line and breaking the law himself.

Remember folks an ordinary arrest of someone not wearing a mask will not scare the public into compliance with government authoritarian orders but a staged video of the police being violent with a young woman and choking her will. Do you honestly think cops would of let the person video that incident if it was real. No way in hell!
