I'm up 35% this year and there's still room for the markets to grow. Since Trump has been in office, my money has doubled every 2 years...

I know many people who fancy themselves investing experts who are making money, well diversified, and have plenty of reserve cash that still can't conceptualize how delicate a balance this shit show really is.

This is laughable in a way...the market this year has been basically artificially pumped up via trillions of fed help or else it would've been a disaster. What numbers suggest a healthy economy? Cause I don't see it. Go out and try and do anything as a consumer...go out and try and buy anything. It's a fucking fiasco to do anything these days.

This "we won't let you lose your 401k" shit was nowhere to be seen in 2008 when everyone lost their ass. But at least that was a real, organic market.

Bottom line though you are right...if you sold out like GLP was claiming was the brilliant thing to do it was an awful financial decision to this point in time. The reasons being are I guess just mundane details in the short term.
