This one guy was saying his father had cancer and needed time off to take him to cancer treatments. The supervisor overheard some guys talking about this employee doing DJ gigs. So the supervisor goes on the guys Facebook page and every time the guy was out for dads cancer treatments he had a DJ gig in Charlotte, Miami etc, matched up perfectly. Supervisor wrote the guy up for termination and it was denied.

Many years ago, the city of San Jose was 36% foreign born. We're talking well over a decade ago. Maybe 2. I'm sure that number has only grown precipitously. The wider "Silicon Valley" with Cupertino included, probably gets you well past 50% foreign born.

It's been 40 years too long. If black people would consent to be Americans, like everyone else that claws their way into this country, blackness wouldn't be a thing. I JUST learned, and I am too damn old to have just learned this, but I just learned that black people do not want equality. Black people have psychotically large egos, they literally think they should be treated like kings and queens. That being treated as an equal is beneath them. For just one piece of evidence to support this, saying, "All lives matter." will get you killed by a black crowd, none of whom will be prosecuted. It has to be ONLY, "Black Lives Matter." I could list a hundred other examples of black people being treated equally with everyone else, and and them flipping out in indignation. I can't believe I was ignorant of this for so long.

I thankfully live in a place that is all white now, and it is a paradise. It is really different here. The very fabric of reality is different. Things are nice, there is no strife, there is no conflict, there is no crime. Fathers work and provide for their families, most mothers raise their large families of well behaved, intelligent kids. If black people saw how we live, and how there are no black people here, they'd absolutely freak out. They'd claim racism, use some Obama law to force their way into this community, and from the first second they set their foot here, it would begin to decay. Nothing would be their fault, and everything they did would turn to rot. The tension would begin to fill the air. Car's would start to get broken into. Then the cars themselves would disappear. Packages would go missing off porches. Even bikes would be stolen off the green, well kept lawns. There'd be broken bottles in the street. Graffiti would start to cover the well painted walls and fences. Trash would be everywhere, it'd blow in the wind.

Then the black people would complain about the area being run down, and how black people are only allowed to live in dangerous, run down ghettos in America.

I guarantee it. And if you've been alive for longer than a few decades, you know what I'm saying is 100% true. I don't know why this is. But it is not working out. I don't see a way forward. Every other race, ethnicity and nationality has come here and everyone has gotten along. Except for black people. And the same is true for every other country with black people. Once prosperous nations like South Africa and even Tanzania were built by white people, and they flourished. Then black people took over, and they fell to pieces.

I think it is time that America and black people got a divorce. Let's just separate so we can live the rest of our lives in peace. You hate living here in America, you hate Americans so much, just go back to Africa. We don't really like your violence, crime, constant complaining, and your black supremacism, so, let us apologize, you should not have been brought here, and to compensate you for all of your troubles living in this terrible country, we'll pay $25k for each and every black person that returns to Africa, relinquishing your American citizenship, and that you may never step foot on the North American continent again. I think it would be best for both parties. Let us stop with all of this hostility. You go your way, we'll go our way.

Things were different in the 70's. Black people largely spoke like white people. Black people had families with a mother and a father. They required their kids to work hard in school, and us kids, we didn't know there was a difference between us. We were all just kids. Then by the mid to late 80's MTV what just about everywhere, and suddenly black people began to change. They separated from their former peer groups. They hung out together, so they could "represent" and stay true their blackness.

This was the larger trend. Some black people didn't want any part of it. They stayed in school and kept the same group of friends they always had. You know what happened to them? They went to college, and got good jobs, and started families and live happily. You know what the overwhelming majority did? They got arrested. They had kids with 5 different "women" they "kept it real."

Now, two generations later, they're burning down the cities of America.

It is so organized, it is almost like someone intended this to happen... and intended it for quite a while.
