I am not versed in law but have some limited knowledge from reading and researching, does anyone know if the "S" before his name indicates the letter of resignation was signed under DURESS?

I read somewhere awhile back that was an indicator or legal move of some kind. I used it during a medical procedure I forced into accepting againt my will and better judgement. So when I had to sign the docs I put the :s: in from of the signature not sure if it would hold up in court but it was worth a shot at the time.

Seeing that brought that memory up in the ole memory bank.
