If you put someone in a kitchen who has no idea how to bake a cake or what any of the ingredients are and they have no recipe, there is little likelihood that they are going to bake a cake - much less the cake of their dreams.

But they will create *something* if they try.

Whether they spend the rest of their lives pouting and crying about the not-cake they made 30 years ago or whether they clean the kitchen and try again is up to them.

You don't *have* to consciously create anything. You are welcome to bounce around the world letting yourself be controlled by what others create. But that's still creating, you've just created a life where you're subject to the experience of others.

You can sit around crying and thinking yourself into a rage, or you can decide to stop that and take responsibility.
