Schools should be open for spring and summer and closed during most of fall and all winter which is cold and flu season. Kids can get a two week summer break. Also no more shutting down for snow and blizzards.

‘Back to school’ means anytime from late July to after Labor Day, depending on where in the U.S. you live...2019...
