Trying to figure out why it should cost 19 million to use the dish to search for asteroids

Here is an interesting article, dated August 6th... makes you go "hmmm"

Arecibo Observatory Returns from Tropical Storm Isaias Lockdown to Track Asteroid for NASA

The observatory is home to the most powerful and most sensitive planetary radar system in the world, which means it is also a unique tool available to analyze NEOs, such as asteroids and comets.

Well, now the world's most powerful tool in observing NEOs is GONE.

It's REALLY weird, especially considering the unusually high number of asteroid doom threads going on lately!

There is a kick-ass conspiracy in this story somewhere.

A broken cable at Puerto Rico's Arecibo Observatory has torn a gaping 100-foot hole in the dish of one of the largest radio telescopes in the world, taking the instrument offline until repairs can be made.

Arecibo's massive reflector dish, which is built inside a sink hole in northern Puerto Rico, was damaged when a 3" diameter support cable unexpectedly snapped before dawn on Monday, according to the University of Central Florida, which manages the observatory.

What most people don’t realize is this global pandemic is a cover for what is really going on. Many alien craft have been observed around the sun and around earths atmosphere. Governments around the world are taking this seriously. And I believe there is an eminent invasion.
Whether they are benevolent or not is the real question.

ELF transmitter next to the HF ionospheric heater is what it is.
Can create high pressure and low pressure systems. Huuricanes, droughts and weather trouble in general.

Ionospheric heating facilities broadcast high power radio waves typically in the HF band in order to modify the ionosphere in a controlled manner. HF heaters have been able to successfully reproduce several types of naturally occurring events: scintillation, electron density channels and layers, and airglow, among others. These HF heaters thus provide a controlled environment in which to study naturally occurring events.
A number of HF heating facilities exist around the world: HAARP (Alaska), EISCAT (Norway), Sura (Russia), Jicamarca (Peru), and the once-and-future ionospheric heater at Arecibo (Puerto Rico).

ELF/VLF (~3 Hz - 30 kHz) waves have a number of different practical uses. Waves in these frequency bands can propagate 1000's of kilometers around the globe with little attenuation, making them ideally suited for global communications and large-scale ionospheric remote sensing. They are useful for geophysical prospecting and for global-scale lightning geo-locating. They also penetrate deeply into seawater compared to waves at higher frequencies, making them suitable for communications with submerged vehicles. These waves can also propagate into space, where they interact with radiation belt particles.

bingo

Managed by University of Central Florida. CIA recruits directly from UCF and admits as much under it's International Business program. Someone damaged that satellite on purpose. This happens a day or two after the news said we were in for quite a hurricane system due to La Nina. Curious coincidence, right?

"The potential for La Niña to develop as soon as August to October is important since that's the peak of hurricane season. When La Niña is present, it can be a speed boost to the Atlantic hurricane season, but it is just one factor that can lead to an active year. Hurricane seasons can be active even if La Niña is not in play."

Here is my theory:

5th Column within CIA runs SETI for weather manipulation (and espionage operations?)

5th Column within MSM starts running story re La Nina and Hurricane Season to seed the idea into the mind's of the American public, like Inception

Patriots go all "Fuck that Noise" and damage the satellite

5th Column tries more rioting and COVID horseshit since Crossfire Hurricane and Actual La Nina Hurricane ops failed

The hurricane season just got reduced. thumb

What about all the dishes in California? They have a vast array of observatories, and dishes-

What a scapegoat of an argument- It amazes me that they cant repair their tech, for less then it appeared to cost being all the tech is now outdated, and cheap cheap cheap to reproduce at whim-
