Southern California Fire Grows To 10,000 Acres - Updated

Has anybody ever done a study on world wide forest fires.

1. How the fuck do the tree's grow back so fast. Forest fires are and have been constant. Or are they?
Is this terraforming?

Just slowly and silently, using human labor? After all it does take a long time to travel through space.

Send out scouts and seed and prepare for colonization, once the arrival comes.

As if you needed another reason to leave Los Angeles or California all together.

Dutchsinse called this out, and I think he is spot on.

Fires broke out last week from Mt Lassen, then down by Tahoe, then down to Castiac, Riverside and other places all along either The San Andreas or other major adjacent faults.

He's not sure if it is just heat coming up from the ground or methane getting released and sparking off.

Then keep watching when they go back down to tall trees. Damn, that fire just rips right through one of those trees in seconds!

The thing is blowing up fast based on ground reports I’m hearing. This one really exploded in size since it started.

The aircraft can't get in there anymore with the smoke so low.

OK now I'm a bit more impressed.

Fires. Always the fires before the earthquakes

Earthquakes, after the fires:

In much of Cal it isn't trees that grow back fast, but brush.

We have altered the ecosystem with our fire fighting.

Every time we stop a fire we ass to the next fire.

More fuel equals hotter burns.

And then add poor forest management by not cutting down dead trees that were killed by the bark beetles.

I also just read that this area hasn't burned in 90 years. That's a lot of fuel for this fire.

In 3 hours it grew to 10,000 acres please name a bigger fire that grew faster. It grew 3000 acres in 45 mins. You my friend are a complete dumbass. How does it feel being such an asshole and an idiot. Do you wear a cape with those skills ?

This beast isn't laying down. It's already pushing into the desert floor. It may be "desert" but it has a lot of fields to burn and a very large solar farm out there.

Incident Command is reporting that the #LakeFire is pushing hard to the East with erratic fire behavior. They are a requesting immediate evacuation of ALL Lake Hughes. #CA25

Incident Command is reporting that the #LakeFire has made a 90 degree turn & is now pushing East. @LASDHQ
is also reporting another road closure: Ridge Rte Road at Highway 138.

Incident Command is reporting that the #LakeFire is approximately 30 minutes from impacting homes on 205th Street W & Lancaster Road. They are sending additional assets to the desert floor.
