'WOKE' FURY White boutique owners accused of racism after introducing $20 ‘browsing fee’ only for white customers

BOUTIQUE owners who introduced a $20 fee for white customers to browse their store have been dubbed "racist" after they allowed black people to enter for free.

Civvies on Broughton, in Savannah, Georgia, have since deleted their Facebook post, which said it would be requiring white customers to pay up.

The store, which sells "new and recycled" clothing, stated that white customers must put down a $20 appointment deposit to browse – whereas people of color were exempt.

"As a mostly white staff with white ownership, we do not feel comfortable upholding a digital and financial barrier which could prevent BIPOC from shopping at our store at this time on top of the limitations already made by online booking," their deleted statement read.
