If you think people are aggressively posturing towards you, it's probably you and not them.

Unless you live in a big city, then yes, they are likely out for blood(because major cities are shitholes, filled with garbage people).

It’s like they know something strange is about to happen, and they have to prove their worth and fight to the bitter end. During this week, I’ve had one driver pull up and sarcastically compliment on my spiderman decals. The next day, a biker walked up to my window and told me he just wanted to compliment me...again on my decals. They’re looking for a fight it seems, like they have to vent their frustration on somebody.

I happen to live in Chicago. So yeah.

Well, that made my point.

I mean, you should know, you are in the top 10 when it comes to epicenters for the destruction of modern living.

Cities are indeed filled with garbage people. Most of them are cowards too. You can tell because the cowards always size you up from a distance before mustering the courage to mess with you.

Interestingly, I've observed the most aggression, both active and passive from women and not men, not that I haven't seen men do it.

And don't misunderstand, I'm not talking about the whole 'Karen' thing.

People tend to be more aggressive when they believe they’re safe. Women have the backing of the feminist movement from the past few decades, so this has enlarged their “courage”.

It's not just you. People have that wild animal look in their eyes. I have kind of staring problem though so I make uncomfortable eye contact at times. I'm sure that doesn't exactly help either. :)

The biker came over after I stared back at him. I have the same problem. Usually I just let it go, but recently it just got annoying.
