Missile silo looks like a shit box, dont buy it.

They were intentionally flooded when they were decommissioned.

The problem is not the water it's the contamination from the fuel the missiles used. Highly highly dangerous to your health. Back in the 50s they dident realize how bad it was. So the fuel was let to spill on the ground and contaminate the soil. I almost bought a missile site. It was in great shape . Pumped out and not bad. There was a disclosure form of esbestos and the chemical used in the fuel. The asbestos would cost the most for clean up and the fuel could cause all sorts of health problems still. We were ready to spend $240k on the place and make it a underground home

Just to ventilate the place so humidity gets normal will be a electrical bill worth the sell price eavery year.

Simple and cheap solution is just to install a few dedicated solar fans topside. One solar panel to run each fan continuously blowing down fresh air would dry it out quickly.

Many more technological options today than in the 1960s.

I would be worried about the fuel contamination as well. Many vets fucked from being around that stuff. it got into many bases water supply. my own father had 2 masses removed from his neck because of it. he also had 2 out of 3 sons with sever behavior problems. I guess I was lucky, and 1 daughter live birth die an hour later, had no diaphram. her organs saved other babies however. Not worth it.

A large diameter grain silo can be built 6ft at a time, Sink it deep into the ground and use the bottom 20ft as 'the pool' and have a coned roof that retracts.
