That’s why I VRBO instead of long term rental. It’s a bit more hassle but pays twice as much. Tenants are usually better than the wear and tear of some dirtbag renter. And when it’s time to go you go or get arrested.

I have.....I have quality tenants and all of them are employed and paying rent without a problem....that's 18 rental units....my only issues is commercial properties....a beauty salon that broke their lease 4 months early and another business that negotiated paying 3/4 rent....
