Actually got a DIRECTED VERDICT! The jury was PISSED. (at the cops!) The cop might have Fd up when he laughed and said: "At least I didn't shot him!" Is there such as thing as Suicide by Juror? There's a LOT more to that particular episode of Black Mirror, but... ;) So far I'm $17500 in (5k for a 50k bond & $12500 for best attorney in town). Glad you had a good outcome... I'm almost positive I can get the search warrant thrown out since it was based on lies Canada told the DHS who in turn spread the lies to local authorities which resulted in a raid... The only actual illegal thing they have me on is Manufacturing DMT which they never would have known about without a warrant based on completely false information. If the Feds decide to take over I may get screwed over because of the Federal Analog Act. I highly doubt they would even bother though as everything I had was in small amounts for personal use... Good to hear brother. You have a good overview/approach and attention to detail. If you ever need a second set of eyeballs or whatever, hit me up. I'm not hard to find. They always start large to get you to cop to small... which is their game. Limit who you chat with... Cuz they will run someone, maybe someone you know, at you. Especially to help themselves out. Look for out of the ordinary... If you get my drift. :) |

It would be worthwhile to do a full background check. Where were they educated. What societies did they belong to. Who were their peers at their law school, what firms have they worked for, what cases did that firm handle. If you have representation that is secretly working against your interests, you can be disappeared in a profound way, in a legal way. And you'll be just another innocent man in prison pushing 70 when you get out. Life neutralized. Also, everyone, keep yourselves clean. You don't need to do illegal things. You don't need illegal drugs. If you cross into that zone, you are wide open to attack. |
