So, most of them may not have known it was taken out, some of them or most don't read what they vote on in appropriations bills they sign. Two men were involved with it being taken out, one in the House and one in the Senate side, one was a republican and one was a democrat. It was signed by Obama in January 2013. Those to Congressmen were the snakes in the grass for that action. You may be able to find where it was written up with some search either for the last appropriations for the gov agencies in 2012 where it should have been down or where I think the time of it was done.

I think this is what stops the EO order. It was talked about a few months or sometime during the year 2012, and the leads from there took me to the congressional site where I found who did it and also I found the brainwashing idea they planned for the citizens of this country. I know it the same one in this video because it was used in Afghanistan, it was said that it didn't work out as they planned there, only the guy who planned it said it would work better here. What I found in researching it fits what they are saying. I found the information about Ukraine and then doing it through the state department when Hillary was there and right after during Kerry time. One woman working as a diplomat under Hillary and Kerry didn't get the Ukraine president she was pushing for. Using the same program, they have been doing this all over the place, think Arab spring, that was done too.

This program was said to have been developed for our military I think or the agencies if so, the gov. They're working for said gov ours everything they develop belongs to the people. If the president or congress does not give permit to use the patent then or reproduce the program by any of them after leaving is against the law. I think this is the case, they didn't ask they took it to use or sold what did not belong to them.

Gov. owns rights to anything developed by employees in our gov., I know this because someone I knew invent some tools the government owned because they were working for the government at the time.

The government works for the people so that would mean they stole from the people to use it against the people which makes them worse.
