Yes, very true. Not only that, but the way the laws were (and still are) written, all votes get counted, & only after the elections are certified can the validity of the ballots be investigated for fraud - but because the elections were already certified, there are no changing the results even if it is found that some races were only won due to massive fraud. It was proven that the governor actually lost & only won due to fraud in King County, but nothing ever happened.

The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) has warned officials in 46 states and the District of Columbia that delivery delays may mean that many ballots cast by mail in the November election won’t arrive in time to be counted.

The warnings were delivered in letters to state election officials by USPS general counsel and executive vice president Thomas Marshall.

In letters to 40 states, the Postal Service warned that state deadlines to request, return and count ballots may clash with the realities of mail delivery at a time when USPS is already facing financial troubles, delivery delays and an expected influx of election-related mail.

Among those states were critical electoral battlegrounds such as Florida and Michigan

Six other states and D.C. were told that the possible delays could impact smaller subsets of voters.

Easy fix: GO TO YOUR POLLING PLACE TO VOTE! Don't use mail-in voting. If you can't get to your polling place, go to your County Courthouse and get an Absentee Ballet. It will be registered right then and there.

Absentee Ballots are not the same as mail-in voting.

Laws are set up for a ballet to be postmarked and UPS cant postmark (each state has its own voting laws so it will differ) so new laws need to be created and Trump is already suing PA because they are trying to change up voting to avoid what he is doing. PA is trying to use drop boxes and Trump is attempting to make drop-boxes not an option. He says they are undemocratic and unsafe. So we will watch and see how each state handles this and how he responds.

Or he is fucking going to cancel it because how can we have an election if no one can vote and he will be so gleeful that he destroyed the Post Office and no one is stopping this. You would think even republicans would have alarms going off and arrest him.

You do know that it does not make sense for him to be so anti mail in ballot when his voters are mostly elderly who really need the mail in ballots. So his plan is to stop the election and not win it.He cannot win it.

I do not see any reason for him to be doing this because it is so insane.How can he benefit from this? Is there ever a good end for a dictator? It does not seem possible to even happen and for this reason maybe people are not as freaked as they should be. But it is actually happening and he has been open about destroying the post office for the purpose of not being able to have mail in ballots.

Voting in person is dangerous because of covid and also because there is going to be riots happening and lots of police with beating sticks like in Belarus.

Anyone can send in 10 million pieces of paper.

The voting machines in my state have a paper trail. A receipt prints out with your vote on it right next to the screen when submitted.

No, we don't. There is only one form of absentee voting allowed in the United States and it involves a verifiable paper trail.

Democrats are just setting up a way to filibuster when they lose. Used to be “recounting” and “late ballots” but that game is up and they know people will be wise to that so this will be used to essentially allow them to say the results are NOT FINAL until every vote is counted - and give them months to “find” all these votes. It we be utter chaos and I guarantee they will run it up to the Supreme Court
