how do they avoid getting the kung flu?

US globalist cooperation, secret joint testing with Duke University, UN control, WHO and CDC manipulation.

That's how.

The moment the PLA calls the USA's bluff the game is over.

The USA will relent like they did in Georgia.

The USA will relent like they did in Ukraine.

etc. etc. etc.

Out in the middle of the vast Pacific maybe, but You can't fight China in their own backyard it is the dumbest bluff anyone has ever heard of.

Is the USA willing to get an aircraft carrier torched over this nonsense and watch the dollar collapse overnight?

China publicly told their military not to take the first shot in a dispute with America.

I'm not sure I believe that's their real military policy.

China is an emerging empire and the USA is a declining empire (late decline) so it isn't in China's interest to take the first shot. But they sure will take the 2nd and it would be extremely ugly for the USA.

... Calling the US an empire I decline would have been appropriate 5 years ago, but Obama isn't in office anymore to handcuff us.

We are very much a dog off it's chain and the world should approach us with due deference and caution.

All you motherfuckers In here talking that loser talk.

You may be losers but that doesn't mean the rest of us are

This should help ease tensions:

Taiwan finalizes $62bn purchase of F-16 jets from Lockheed Martin

Taiwan finalized the purchase of F-16 fighter jets from US aircraft manufacturer Lockheed Martin on Friday, a source confirmed to AFP, in a $62 billion, 10-year deal sure to anger Beijing.

Underscoring the sensitivity of the transaction, the Pentagon announced the contract without specifying the buyer, but a source familiar with the matter confirmed to AFP that it was Taiwan.

I believe this is what started this whole effed up year if you remember my post about it...

Thread: Did anyone put these two events together yet?

Here is the post:

Shen Yi Ming was the Chief of Defence of Taiwan. He died on 1/2/2020.

Shen Yi-ming, 62, was one of eight people, including two major generals, who died when the UH-60M Black Hawk crashed in mountainous country south of Tapei on Thursday.

Shen played a major role in Taiwan’s procurement of fighter jets in the face of threats from Beijing, which has not ruled out the use of force to reunify the island with the Chinese mainland.

While Beijing has repeatedly said it “firmly opposes” any arms sales to Taiwan, Shen helped the island reach a major deal with the US to supply it with new fighter jets.

Right after Ming dies in a suspicious helicopter wreck with two Taiwanese generals, Qassem Soleimani, Major General and top military figure in Iran is assassinated.

Was the death of Soleimani a message to the Chinese?

Attached to them is the USA and NATO

Attack the USA and NATO is forced to defend the USA which is the primary supply of power to the demand for power by NATO.

China is modern.

A minor counter attack would damage China so significantly that it begins to sicken me thinking about it.

If in fact if Taiwan were to defend itself and make China fight to take Taiwan.

China would suffer sickening damage.

Looking at all your speculations online causes me to suspect you all are pretending with each other.

No one on the planet has an ability to survive any kind of protracted conflict.

The global trade system would rapidly collapse and cause every economic zone to implode.

I'm amazed that world leaders are allowed to babble as they babble or utter threats and keep getting away with it.

Well you all globally allow the leaders of you all to get away with it.

What does that tell me about the psychology of you all globally?

The Pentagon has been watching the USA build up China and Taiwan into what they have become.

For decades and decades.

Really.

Everyone in the USA and all the other NATO countries have been building their adversaries into what they are.

All the Wars globally you all see?

You all are the supply of power to the demand for power by all that you see all around you.

You are the supply of power to the demand for power by the fantasy you believe is reality.

No, China is not an emerging empire. They have severe population issues, environmental degradation & are heavily in debt.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79220488

I think more or less described the USA.

The USA and Europe are swarming with dissimilar unemployed migrants to artificially increase the declining population and keep the ponzi running (won't work - declining empire move).

You are correct, China does have a crappy environment - because the west has pawned all of their industrial production needs on to them ($ for real goods). The USA doesn't have quite as bad of an environmental situation because it doesn't really manufacture much of anything anymore (sure sign of a declining empire).

China has bad debt? Not worse than the USA which is the world's historical all-time debtor nation (declining empire).
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74869053

China is clearly an EMERGING Power. I fail to see how anybody can disagree with that - a country that in 40 years goes from a country with a GDP of less than Spain at the time to the #2 - some statistics say #1 - economy in the world, and still growing, is clearly an EMERGING POWER.

The US is clearly a DECLINING Power. Our working person's population has clearly suffered a DRAMATIC reduction in their living standards, we can no longer afford large infrastructure projects (have a hard time just maintaining what we have built), our military is DRAMATICALLY SMALLER than it was at the height of US Power in the 1950's-1970's and much of our manufacturing is now outsourced to China or other countries ... those are NOT the indicators of a country even maintaining it's power.

China has some severe problems, many of them being almost a clone of what Japan faced going into WW 2: A lack of natural resources, a lack of an EVERY YEAR food surplus, a lack of petroleum (energy) independence, and like Japan found in WW 2 those missing elements make their economic and military engine vulnerable even if their economy continues to grow.

On the technology front the US is "currently" in the lead, but China is putting massive efforts and money into that aspect of their economy, and if we have learned anything it is that the Chinese are FAST LEARNERS when they put their mind, and money, to it.

China clearly does NOT want a War at the present time. China's goal for the last decade at least has been aiming to be ready for a Regional War by the end of 2025, so their entire weapons development and military procurement schedule revolves around that date.

AFTER 2025 China's military capacity will quickly exceed that of the US in the Western Pacific if you strip away Strategic Weapons (ie: nuclear /biological). At the moment China is not aiming for being a World Wide presence with their military (ie: disperse their forces all over the world) but for CONCENTRATING their forces into a near theater location (first the South China Sea, then to cover the Western Pacific, and only then to cover the entire Pacific).

Jingoistic claims about US power sounds great to many ... but you can not ignore that fact that China is now the largest manufacturing country in the world, many times bigger than the US ... and are quickly moving to try to take over the high tech world too. Military power LAGS economic power, usually by about 15 years, so at current rates of change in their underlying economies by 2040, just 20 years from now, China's military power should be about 2x to 4x that of the US's.
