Glean what you will:

Im basically wondered how you can use the upper planes to diffuse the power of anti-human forces. Tired after work now so can't write more... But thanks for the effort. I think a lot of people on GLP could benefit from a simplified version of your knowledge.

Upper planes are accessed through consciousness.

Fight your battles there and conquer your demons, then resolve to change an aspect of yourself in the physical world to link the two events in a chain of causality.
