The US just defunded their portion of WHO support, so WHO now need to go shilling for cash to make up for the loss.

Give them nothing. Like any other UN organization, the WHO sides with dictators and communists.

So I get a $50 refund on my Paypal, from Senia Velasquez. Look it up and it is a refund for donation to WHO, which I never did.

Something is fuckity here!!!

"Unable to complete your request
We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction. Please refer to our User Agreement for more details."

sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get it to go to the correct dept. for the particular type of scam they're pulling

last one I reported was spread out over 2 separate reports and 6 emails
