I think no one has ever asserted that keto is “healthier“, I can attest to the fact that it helps people with eating disorders to loose weight easily and effortlessly, and not relapsing in gain weight (something that low calorie diets have never been able to claim), while reversing all the obsesity related problems. If you don’t have eating disorders and weight issues, continue to do whatever you are doing and you’ll be fine. All great truths begin as Blasphemies. G.B.S. High fiber, high antioxidants, with meat. Low in processed simple carbs such as pizza. Large fresh salad...and a grilled salmon. Shit like that. It's healthy. Mediterranean. |

Oh,and there are differences in carbs,a fiberous veggie and a processed flour are much different animals in health effects too. People have reported many many health problems theyve eliminated by dumping carbs,and yes,its true.The people here on this thread,all the problems theyve eliminated being low carb are 100% true.Cant even be denied any more as operations such as diabetes.co.uk have so many thousands and thousands and thousands of successes. A sedentary woman needs 46 grams of protein. Both should come from essential amino acids. Eating more willnot help you as there is human metabolic pathway to save excess amino acids. An active person like a combat soldier needs MORE as does an athlete. If you're a burly moving heavy equipment,gear, boxes every day, you need more and will utilize it. Muscles tear down and rebuild as an body builder knows to gain muscle mass. They have higher requirements. But anyone else eating too much protein can't assimilate it so this taxes their kidneys and is a weakness of a ketogenic diet. |

Despite some science types saying otherwise, the skin does excrete toxins through sweat and when eating fruit as above to cleanse the body, it rids stored up toxins that smell riper than normal. Then it goes away. Use a little apple cider vinegar with the "mother" in it, and you won't smell anything. Be careful on keto to still eat roughage as you want to purge your colon at the same time. Much of body waste is comprised of decaying body tissue like old blood cells and anaerobic bacteria. You should be eliminating every single day to maintain health and not reliant on coffee to do so. |

It accumulates as fat and that exudes estrogen. So to rid yourself of that funk, eat meat and fish if near the coasts or freshwater fish from lakes. A lot of guys feel terrible because they get too much estrogen. If you keep that up, you'll find yourself too sensitive and cry during movies. You need some camp out time grilling steaks to flush out the estrogen. Eat some roast beef. Eat some drunken mussels. |

The Keto I follow caps protein at 50 grams per day. So no worries. The idea is to eat fat as the main ingredient, then protein, and no more than 20 grams of digestible carbs per day (I cut it at 5 grams). Thing is that when you eat fat as the main course, you self regulate intake as it causes satiety. Forget of food cravings, they are gone. All great truths begin as Blasphemies. G.B.S.
