Idk, but this site makes me do the captcha anytime I have been in a Millie thread, even if I just did a captcha 3 mins beforehand. And, no, I don't have dynamic IP. Nor does it do it with every thread - usually just when I first log on, but it is now after any Millie thread. Also, I noticed a blinking cursor (not my cursor, an 'extra,' gray one next to my normal black one) in fields whenever I type something here and also on Google. The cursor flashes and darts around in the population/search field. This is sporadic and across multiple devices and platforms, so it isn't a technical issue.

Op, fear is the mind killer. These issues have been known for decades. Try watching the film Sneakers from 1992. You have to understand part of what you are reacting to is a fairly obvious psyop. A. Jones is a very suspect source of information. He has been an obvious counter intel reptoid for years. The two operatives being interviewed in the film were working for the decepticons for years.
