Once ‘computers and robots’, or to update Asimov’s terminology slightly, Artificially Intelligent programs and robots, enter the workplace on a large scale, ‘it is these [jobs] that computers and robots for which they are perfectly designed will take over.’ [link to www.forbes.com (secure)] |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 76658155 Romania 08/18/2020 09:16 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | We are being programmed by the computers we use. Technology has shaped our attention spans. Computers are learning from us, speaking to us by shaping our thoughts through digital information. We are currently feeding machines fear. Technology was created by man for our benefit, we must learn to walk hand in hand with machine and continue to push the limits of our technology, only out of fear. That means people like Elon Musk musk go. Ha. Sorry. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72293856 Consider the life of a chronic fapper/coomer. Their brains are so dependent upon the computer like a drug, that they themselves begin to think more like a machine the longer they try to abstain from it. The machine begins to control them sooner or later, with the sole purpose of getting them back into the computer chair for a fap session. Coomers are the first cyborgs, the first symbiotes, the first artificial intelligence. The world is now being run entirely by the machines, not in an intelligent sense, but the unknown reasons why we have created them. As technology refined itself, it settled on 4 minutes and 20 seconds as the perfect length for a pop song. The machines are trying to get mankind to grow more marijuana to heal global consciousness. Perhaps even the Covid epidemic was somehow inspired by machines, the remnants of binary code, the ghost in the machine, in order to get us to stay home and spend more time with the machine. |
